Cast resin transformers

Cast resin transformers by HTT are mechanically and thermally stable against changing loads, short circuits and extreme climatic conditions. They fulfil the requirements of climate class C5, ambient class E4 and fire class F1. Thanks to our different construction series concepts, we have the right solution to meet the individual requirements of all of your application cases.

In addition to the ‘standard’ series for power distribution transformers with vacuum casting for the HV coils and Prepreg insulation for the LV coils, we also have the ‘Modular’ and ‘Individual’ series to supply you with the perfect transformer for your requirements: for instance, higher mechanical strength and resistance to aggressive atmospheres thanks to the vacuum casting of the LV coils. We use aluminium or copper as a conducting material in our transformers depending on the customer requirements and specifications.

Certified quality

None of our components enter the next production stage without being tested first. Reputed external test and certification institutes also audit us at regular intervals. Our transformers can also be supplied with a GOST certificate on request.

We manufacture in line with the requirements of the certificate ISO 9001 and the respective applicable norms (for instance, the Ecodesign Directive 2009/125/EC, (EU)No.548/2014/EC – DIN EN 50588-1). Our cast resins transformers also satisfy the requirements of the fire, climate and ambient classes.

Thanks to our decades of experience with customers in the offshore sector, we can also implement the requirements of the various classification companies.
