To ensure that the company can maintain its independence, the HTT shares were transferred to a family trust in 2007. This independence of company policy specifications allows us to always base our decisions on the benefit to our employees.

We take our responsibilities seriously. As one of the largest employers in the region we not only cultivate fair personnel policies, but also specifically sponsor regional associations and charities.
